中药熏洗治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

Curative Observation of Herbal Fumigation on Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察中药熏洗治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:选取住院期间已经确诊的70例糖尿病肾病患者随机分成两组,两组均给予相同的内科综合治疗,治疗组给予中药足浴,对照组用温水足浴,比较两组治疗前后临床疗效,观察血糖、尿蛋白等指标变化。结果:治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且未见明显不良反应发生。结论:中药熏洗治疗糖尿病肾病安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the effect of herbal fumigation to treat diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Selecting during hospitalization has been diagnosed in 70 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups, two groups were given the same department of internal medicine comprehensive treatment, treatment group given traditional Chinese medicine foot bath, foot bath with warm water in the controlled group, were compared between the two groups before and after treatment of clinical efficacy, blood glucose, urinary protein index changes. Results： The curative effect in treatment group was significantly higher than that in controlled group （P〈0. 05）, and no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion： Herbal fumigation in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is safe and effective, worthy of clinical application.
