摘要
以碳酸锂和四硼酸锂为混合助熔剂,采用高温熔融制样,利用X射线荧光光谱仪测定铁矿石中的TFe、Si、Ca、Mg、Al、Mn、Ti、P含量。对试样与熔剂比例、熔样时间、内标元素等制样条件进行了讨论。结果表明,试样和熔剂的质量比1∶10、熔样时间15 min、Co2O3为内标物质为好,并运用Co内标法和数学法进行了重叠干扰和基体效应的校正。精密度试验表明,各元素相对标准偏差(n=10)值在0.08%~2.39%,用于实际标准样品测定,检测值与认定值结果相符。
With lithium carbonate and lithium tetraborate as mixing flux, adopting high - temperature fusion sample preparation, the contents of TFe, Si, Ca, Mg, Al, Mn, Ti, P in iron ore are determined with X ray fluorescence spectrometry. It is discussed the sample preparation conditions: ratio between sample and flux, sample molten time and internal standard elements. It is showed from the result that it is best with 1 : 10 of ratio between sample and flux, 15 min of sample molten time, Co203 as internal standard element, and applying Co internal standard and mathematics methods to correct the overlapping interference and matrix effect. It is showed in precision test the relative standard deviations ( n = 10) of various elements are within 0.08% to 2.39%. When used in determination of actual standard samples the detecting value is coordinated with the certified value.
