EDTA法测定电镀液中ZnSO_4·7H_2O

摘要 采用EDTA标准溶液滴定法测定电镀液中的锌离子,试验研究了指示剂的选择、缓冲溶液的作用和分析方法的准确度、精密度。在选定的条件下,锌离子测定范围在10~140 g/L之间,ZnSO4.7H2O测定范围在45~600 g/L之间,测定试验方法的相对误差为0.4%,RSD值为1.35%。试验结果表明,该方法成本低廉,操作简便,滴定突跃明显,符合生产检验要求,适合在企业中推广。 It is tested to determinate the Zn ionic in electroplating liquid with EDTA standard solution titration, researched the selection of indicator, function of buffer solution, accuracy and precision of analysis method. Under selected conditions the determinate range of Zn ionic is between 10 to 140 g/L, that of ZnSO4·7H2O is 45 to 600 g/L, the relative error is 0.4%, RSD value 1.35%. It is showed from test that this method has low cost, simple operation, obvious titration jump curve, and can meet requirement of production and test, and suitable to be spread in businesses.
