摘要
结合焦化行业干熄焦装置的运行情况,针对在干熄焦生产工艺中焦炭实际烧损率大于设计值的问题,提出了用变压吸附法,对20%的循环气进行脱碳,以降低干熄焦烧损率。并对其技术和经济可行性进行了探讨。
Based on the operation situation of dry coke quenching device, to solve the problem of the actual burning loss rate being larger than that of design, it is proposed the pressure swing adsorption method to decarburize 20% of circulating gas and reduce the burning loss rate. It is also discussed its technical and eco-nomic feasibility.
