介绍了河北敬业集团开发高强度、高韧性X70管线钢的实践过程。根据X70管线钢成分,对冶炼过程进行了优化设计。优化后,所产的热轧板卷质量稳定,性能指标优于标准要求,能更好地满足用户的实际需求,为进一步开发高端产品奠定了良好的基础。
It is introduced the practice process to develop the X70 high - intensity high - toughness pipe line steel. According to its composition the smelting procedure design is optimized. After that the quality of hot - rolling sheet coil is steady, its property indexes is superior to the standard and can better meet actual requirement of customers.
