摘要
本文详细叙述了焦磷酸盐电镀锡钴合金的工艺。介绍了溶液的配方。焦磷酸钾250g/L,硫酸亚锡10—20g/L,硫酸钴10—20g/L,光亮剂100mL/L,pH 8.5~9.5,温度35~50℃,阴极电流密度Dk0.5~2A/dm^2,阳极:高纯高密度石墨板,搅拌:阴极移动或抖动,电镀时间3min。讨论了镀液中各成份的作用,工艺操作条件。研究了锡钴合金镀层的基本特性、镀液的性能、镀液中杂质的影响及故障处理和废水治理。还介绍了在400~#笔夹字块上生产应用后所获得的经济效益,并附有该镀液的分析方法。
The pyrophosphate tin-cobalt plating process is described in detail.Both compositions and operating conditions are given: potassium pyrophosphate 250g/L, stannous sulfate 10-20g/L, cobalt sulfate 10-20g/L, brightener 100mL/L, pH8.5-9.5, temperature 35-50℃, cathode curent density D_k=0.5-2A/dm^2.anode: purified graphite plate with high density; agitation:cathode moving or buffeting; plating duration: 3minl The functions of the components are discussed respectively.The character of the tin-cobalt alloy coating, properties of the bath,influence of the impurities in the bath, troubleshooting and wastewater treatment are also studied.Finally, the economical benefits obtained by using this process on the production of word block of 400~# pen holder are calcnlated and the analysis method for the bath is appended.
