摘要 人才培养模式是决定人才培养质量的关键因素之一。杭州科技职业技术学院建筑装饰工程技术专业以工学结合为切入点,依托深层次校企合作平台,实施"六个一体化",建设专业整体课程体系和实践课程体系,对"PSP双向反馈式"人才培养模式进行积极探索。实践证明,人才培养模式改革成效显著,提高了人才培养的质量和水平。 The personnel training model is one of the key factors deciding the quality of personnel.Following the principle of the combination of work and study,architecture and decoration engineering major of Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College of Science and Technology relies on the in-depth cooperation of school and enterprise,implements the "six integrations",establishes the overall professional and practical curriculum system,and strives to seek the personnel training model of the "PSP two-way feedback".It is shown that it has achieved remarkable results in the reform of the personnel training model and improved the quality of personnel.
