男性肾移植患者术后性功能恢复情况的临床研究

Clinical Study of Male Sexual Function Recovering after Received Kidney Transplantation

目的评价肾移植术后男性患者的性功能。方法测定150例男性成功肾移植术后患者术前、术后1、3、6个月血清睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、和催乳素(PRL)水平及术后6个月内性功能恢复情况。结果 150例患者术后89例2～4个月内恢复性生活,术后6个月血清T值恢复正常,患病前均有性生活能力,患病后有性生活能力者82例,占54.7%,术后为114例,占76.0%。结论成功的肾移植能通过改善垂体-性腺激素紊乱提高患者性功能,受者术后的心理干预、药物干预等均有助于提高肾移植患者性功能,提高性生活满意度。

Objective To evaluate the male sexual function after received kidney transplantation. Methods The hormone level Of serum testosterone（T）, follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH） and prolactin （PRL） were measured in the serum of 150 male kidney transplantation patients both pre-transplant and 1, 3, 6 months after transplantation. And the recovery of sex function was measured in 6 months. Results The sexual function of 89 patients recovered 2-4 months after transplantation. The level of serum T were normal in 6 months after transplantation. All patients had the sexual ability before this disease. 82 cases （54.7%） had the sexual ability after the patients, renal failure and 114 cases （76.0%） had the ability after kidney transplantation. Conclusion Successful kidney transplantation could improve sex function of the patients through changing pituitary-sex endocrine dysfunction .Through post-operation psychological and medicine intervention, it favors to raise sexual ability and sexual life satisfaction.
