分级护理质量对护理纠纷的影响与护理干预

Effect of Nursing Disputes of Grading Nursing Quality and Nursing Intervention

目的研究探讨分级护理质量对护理纠纷的影响,并进行护理干预。方法将528例患者随机分为两组进行护理研究,对照组患者由主治医师根据患者病情的轻重程度确定护理等级进行分级护理,观察组患者由主治医师根据患者病情的轻重程度确定护理等级进行分级护理并针对患者的症状、心理和情绪变化情况等具体情况给予患者护理干预措施;对两组患者的治疗过程中所出现的护理纠纷进行比较分析,两组患者就诊时情绪、血气分析、年龄、性别以及文化程度比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理人员在护理技术上无明显差异,比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果观察组患者共发生23例护理纠纷,总纠纷率为8.71%;对照组患者共发生39例护理纠纷,总纠纷率为14.77%;两组患者比较,观察组患者发生护理纠纷率明显低于对照组患者的护理纠纷率,差异显著,比较有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论分级护理制度结合相应的护理干预,可提高分级护理质量,从而降低护理纠纷的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of grading nursing quality of nursing disputes, and nursing intervention. Methods 528 patients were randomly divided into two groups of nursing research, patients in the control group by the doctor according to the severity of patients condition determine the nursing grade of nursing, the observation group patients by doctors according to the severity of the degree of patients with nursing level determination of grading nursing care for patients with symptoms, psychological and emotional changes in patients with specific conditions given nursing intervention measures; a comparative analysis of nursing disputes occurred during the treatment of two groups of patients in two groups of patients, mood, blood gas analysis, age, sex and culture degree no statistical significance （P〉0.05）, no significant difference of nursing staff in nursing skills, were not significant （P〉0.05）. Results The patients in the observation group were 23 cases of nursing dispute disputes, the total rate of 8.71%; the control group of patients with a total of 39 cases of nursing dispute disputes, the total rate of 14.77%; two groups were compared, observation of significantly lower than the control group patients nursing disputes rate, nursing disputes were significant difference, compared with statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The system of grading nursing combined with the corresponding nursing intervention can improve the quality of nursing, classification, so as to reduce the incidence of nursing disputes, is worthy of clinical application.
