腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的干预效果分析

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物干预措施的效果与可行性。方法设干预组与非干预组进行对照研究,将医院干预前后反映抗菌药物使用情况的各项指标进行对比分析。结果实施干预后,抗菌药物使用基本合理,抗菌药物费用明显下降。结论本研究所实施的干预措施可行、有效,对促进安全、有效、经济使用抗菌药物有积极作用。

Methods Set intervention group and the intervention group compared before and after the intervention, the hospital reflect the use of antibacterial agents in the indicators of the analysis. Results After the implementation of the intervention, antimicrobial drug use basic reasonable, antibacterial drug cost decreased obviously. Conclusion This research institute of the implementation of the intervention is feasible and effective, to promote the safe, effective and economic use of antimicrobial agents have positive role.
