胺碘酮治疗心律失常的临床疗效分析

Analysis of amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease and the effect of patients with ventricular arrhythmia.

目的探讨胺碘酮治疗心律失常的临床疗效分析。方法按照随机抽样方法随机抽取我院2010年6月至2011年9月的心律失常患者88例,分成实验组和对照组,每组44例,在常规治疗的基础上对两组患者分别给予胺碘酮和心律宁治疗,连续治疗4周,对比观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果临床治疗4周后,实验组有效率为86.4%,对照组有效率为63.6%,且实验组患者的心率及心绞痛发作次数明显优于对照组,实验结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮治疗心律失常疗效更显著,不良反应较少,临床运用极为广泛。

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of amiodarone treatment taken coronary heart disease with ventricular arrhythmia patients.Methods In 74 cases of coronary heart disease methods in our hospital in April 2010 to October 2012 were treated with ventricular arrhythmia patients,using random number table group,were divided into study group and control group,each group of 37 cases.The two groups were given conventional treatment and nursing measures of Department of Cardiology,the study group received the treatment of amiodarone,propafenone treatment given to the control group.For second months after treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical total effective rate.Results The study group 22 cases,3 cases ineffective,the total efficiency was 91.9%,control group 13 cases,8 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 78.4%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Two groups of patients in the process of treatment,there were no gastrointestinal discomfort,skin allergies and other adverse drug reaction.Conclusion Amiodarone in improvement of ventricular arrhythmia is better than propafenone,and has the characteristics of high security,it is worth popularizing in clinic.
