由于对抗蚀性能的要求愈来愈高,环保部门的规定又愈来愈严,可供选择的磷化后处理也就变得越来越复杂了。本文阐述了各种可供选用的后处理药剂,总结了含铬和无铬后处理的优缺点,以及它们用于设计新设备或改造现有的设备时的效果,同时还讨论了影响后处理选择的其它因素,最后讨论了在金属基体、前处理工艺和涂料都得到改进情况下采用后处理的相对重要性。
Options for choosing a phosphate final rinse have become more complex due to high corrosion performance demands and more stringent environmental regulations.The various options for selecting an effective rinse material are presented Advantages and disadvantages of the chrome and non-chrome final rinses are reviewed and the impact of these technologies on design of new and existing facilities is considered.Other factors which influence the choice of rinse material are described.The relative importance of using a final rinse is discussed in light of advancements in coated metals, preteatment technology and paints.
