社区恶性肿瘤患者临终关怀的效果观察

The Clinical Effect of Hospice Care for Communal Patients with Malignancy Tumor

目的观察社区恶性肿瘤患者的临终关怀效果。方法 98例社区恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上给予专业的临床关怀。结果干预后观察组QOL-C30量表心理功能和社会功能各项评分均显著优于对照组(均P<0.01),生理功能和物质生活各项评分优于对照组,但无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。结论对于社区恶性肿瘤患者实施专业化的临终关怀,对于维持患者生活质量和尊严具有积极意义,值得有条件的社区基层医院考虑开展。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hospice care for communal patients with malignancy tumor. Methods 98 cases of communal patients with malignancy tumor as studied object were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Control group was given routine therapy and nursing, experimental group was given professional hospice care on base of control group. Results After care, mental function and social function of QOL-C30 in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group （all P〈0.01）; physiological function and material life were higher than that in control group, but no significant difference （all P〉0.05）. Conclusion Professional hospice care used for communal patients with malignancy tumor, is meaningful for maintaining life quality and dignity of patients, so it deserves considering for primary hospital which owns correlated condition.
