宫腹腔镜联合治疗不孕症100例体会

Laparoscopy Combined with Hysteroscopy in Infertility Treatment Experience of 100 Cases

目的观察研究宫腹腔镜联合治疗不孕症在临床上的作用及意义。方法从我院的不孕症患者中抽取200例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者实施宫腹腔镜联合诊治,对照组患者单独实施腹腔镜治疗。对比观察两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对不孕症患者实施宫腹腔镜联合治疗,可以直观、一次性的完成诊断与治疗,且疗效较为理想,不良反应少,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect and significance of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in treatment of infertility in clinic. Methods 200 cases of infertility patients in our hospital randomly divided into observation group and control group, observation of laparoscopy combined treatment group, control group patients with laparoscopic treatment alone. Contrast observation and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the adverse reaction was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in treatment of infertility, can be intuitive treatment, and more ideal curative effect, less adverse reaction, it has clinical value.
