点阵CO_2激光治疗瘢痕的疗效分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察点阵CO2激光治疗瘢痕的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院自2010年10月至2012年12月采用点阵激光治疗的182例不同种类的瘢痕患者,根据疗效评定标准对治疗效果进行评价。结果全部182例不同种类的瘢痕患者采用了点阵二氧化碳激光治疗后,治疗效果达到显效的患者103例,治疗效果为有效的患者74例,治疗效果无效的患者5例,总有效率97.25%。结论采用点阵二氧化碳激光治疗瘢痕有良好的效果,不良反应小、持续时间短,值得临床上推广并应用。
