贝那普利/氨氯地平复方制剂治疗轻中度高血压的疗效 被引量：7

摘要 目的观察探讨贝那普利/氨氯地平复方制剂治疗轻中度高血压的疗效。方法选取我院2009年5月至2011年5月轻中度高血压的患者76例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各38例,观察组使用贝那普利/氨氯地平复方制剂治疗,对照组单纯使用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察对比两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗2、4周的DBP、SBP与治疗前相比明显降低,观察组治疗后的降低幅度比对照组更为显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论贝那普利/氨氯地平复方制剂治疗轻中度高血压的疗效显著。
