摘要
焦磷酸盐镀铜的废水一直很难处理,因为铜与焦磷酸钾生成络合物,该络合物十分稳定,不稳定常数极小。采用中和沉淀法很难达到国家规定的排放标准。本文提出了一个简单而有效的方法,用漂白粉(次氯酸钙)破坏络合物,使铜离子解离出来生成氢氧化铜沉淀,漂白粉的用量为铜离子含量的25~30倍,控制pH在6~9之间,经适当的固液分离,排放水中铜离子的含量可下降至1mg/L以下,方法简便,费用低廉而效果良好。
A simple and efficient process is recommended here, that is, using bleaching powder (calcium hypochlorite) to break the complex and liberate copper ion, which will eventually fOrm insoluble copper hydroxide and precipitate. The amount of bleaching powder added is 25-30 times of Cu ions and pH should be controlled between 6 and 9. Through solid-liquid separation, the copper ion concentration in the effluent can be reduced to below 1mg/L. This process is simple to operate, with lower cost and better result.
