镀铬溶液中硫酸根的快速浊度测试装置

摘要 设计和制作了一台浊度自动分析装置,采用重力自流方式转移溶液,恒流计时式定容器加入试剂;空气恒流搅拌,胶管式电磁阀,并以晶体管时间继电器组成时间程序控制电路,使装置的结构变得简单可靠。试验证明,用本分析装置进行镀铬溶液中硫酸根的浊度测定,不仅速度快,而且准确度和精密度均好,标准偏差为0.057(g/L),变动系数为2.5%。 A turbidity automatic analyser is designed and manufactured,in which solution is transfered in a man- ner of gravity flow;reagents are added through a constant flow timing fixed volume system,in addition,con- stant air blow agitation and rubber tube solenoid valve are used,and time program control circuit is formed with transistor time relay.Thus the construction of the system becomes simple and reliable.Test shows thae using this apparatus to determine the sulfate content in Cr plating solution with turbidity method,not only is it rapid,but accuracy and precision are also better,its standard deviation is 0.057g/L and variation factor
