A NEW METHOD OF SELF-ADAPTIVE EVOLUTIONARY PROGRAMMING ON MULTI-OBJECTIVE OPTIMAL OPERATION OF POWER SYSTEM

摘要 从随机优化技术及生物进化机制角度出发 ,在常规进化规划算法的基础上 ,提出一种新颖的自适应进化规划算法 ,并首次将其应用于求解电力系统多目标优化运行问题。对优化模型、遗传操作等方面进行了更深一步的研究。数学算例及应用实例表明该算法十分有效 ,有广泛的应用价值。 This paper develops a new algorithm,called self adaptive evolutionary programming,based on combination of general evolutionary programming and randomized techniques.The new algorithm includes two important procedures,for the first,the expression designed for standard deviation (σ) is inverse exponent,and the second,the amount of mutation (δ) is self adaptive during the optimization.The developed algorithm is applied to multi objective optimal operation of power system for the first time in this paper.Some corresponding technical problems,such as model optimized,genetic operation et al are investigated into.The proposed method is illustrated and tested on IEEE 30 bus system, Numerical results show that the proposed method can bring about some good results on dealing with constraints flexibly,and reducing the computational requirements,and preventing the search from being in local optima or converging difficulty near the global optimum.
