柠檬酸盐电镀光亮锡锌合金工艺

摘要 为了解决代镉镀层,满足海洋性气候条件下的使用需要,我们研究了柠檬酸盐电镀光亮锡锌合金的工艺。采用柠檬酸铵作为主络合剂,硫酸铵作为导电盐和辅助络合剂,稳定剂ZY-3用来防止 Sn^(4+)增长过快,ZY-1,ZY-2作为光亮剂。研究了 pH 值,电流密度,温度和搅拌的影响,测定了分散能力、深镀能力,沉积速度,抗蚀性能、焊接性能,耐温性能,结合力和硬度。最后还研究了镀后的钝化处理工艺及废水处理方面的一些问题。实践表明,本工艺可以满足产品技术要求,并已投入生产使用。 A bright citrate Sn-Zn alloy plating process is developed as a substitute for cadmium plating to meet the requirements under maritime climate conditions.Ammonium citrate is used as a main comploxer,ammonium sulfate as conductive salt as well as auxiliary complexer,ZY-3 as stabilizer to prevent Sn^(4+) from growing too fast,and ZY-1/ZY-2 as brightener.The influence of pH value,current density,temperature and agita- tion is studied.Its covering power,throwing power,deposition rate,corrosion resistance,solderability,ther- mal stability,adhesion and hardness are all determined.In addition,some problems relating to post treat- ment,passivation process and waste water treatment are also discussed.Production practice shows,this pro- cess can meet the specifications and has already been used in industry.(p.9-13)
