摘要
本文综述了目前国内采用较多的几种特色涂覆工艺。首先是金色精饰,介绍了透明仿金漆和电泳涂复仿金膜,它们的优缺点及存在问题。其次是黑色镀层,探讨了目前较受欢迎的电镀黑色锡镍合金及离子镀碳化钛。接着是近年来较流行的仿古铜处理,即红古铜、青古铜及黑古铜,最受欢迎的是青古铜,但不象国外有专用处理剂而技术上还有一定困难。最后是塑料镀和真空镀,缺少理想的专用涂料是国内真空镀质量不好的主要问题。
Some special coating processes used quite commonly now in China are reviewed.For golden finishing transparent golden varnish and electrocoat golden film,their advantages,disadvantages and problems are first discussed.Then,black Sn-Ni alloy plating and Ti carbide ion plating,quite well received currently,are discussed.For quite popular antique bronze,though dark blue one is well received,there exist problems technically due to lack of special blackening solutions.As for plastics and vacuum coatings,lack of special coatings is considered as the major cause for poor vacuum coating quality in the country.(p.4-6)
