电涂系统水的净化

摘要 过去在电涂系统中使用净水的问题常常被忽视了。虽然曾安装了许多水处理装置,但始终没有定出一种可行的标准设计。因为水的净化是电涂过程的一个组成部分,如果设计合理,就可大大提高涂层的性能,并能降低它的基建投资和操作成本。大多数电涂系统都选用离子交换(去离子)装置作为生产净水的方法。目前有许多可以降低操作成本井能提高净水生产和质量稳定性的方法可供新者客户选用。在过去十年内,随着新技术和新设计的不断涌现,在净水技术方面也有了许多进展,可以大大地降低操作费用,并为您提供一套完全现代化的装置。本文首先将对水质的要求,标准和规格作一概括的介绍,并对设计的技术要求作出评估,最后则提出一种既适用于新装的又适用于改装现有设务的新型标准水处理设计,这种新设计包括水的回用,因而对环境保护万面也有好处。 In the past the use of purified water in electrodeposition(ED)paint systems was often overlooked,Al- though many water treatment systems have been installed,the industry has not standardized on an accep- table design.Since the water purification system is an integral component of the ED process,a proper design will maximize coating perfoamance and minimize initial and operational costs,Most ED systems utilize ion exchange(deionization)systems as the preferred method for producing purified water. Today many opportunities are available to the new and existing system owner that will reduce opera- ting costs and improve consistency in pure water production and quality.Many advances in water purifica- ion technology along with creative techniques and designs have been developed in the past decade that may dramatically reduce operating costs and provide the owner with an overall state-of-the-art system. This paper will begin with an overview of water quality requirements,standards and specifications,evaluate design specifications,and close with a typical and modern water treatment design for new ihstallations or for retrofitting existing equipmeht.The new design incorporates water reuse which has an added benefit to the environment.(p.16-18.42)
