高校医院转制、对外开放为社区卫生服务中心以后,特别要针对大学服务人群的特点,搞好精神卫生、心理咨询等健康促进活动。大学生在门诊输液时,除了生理、安全方面的需求外,难免会产生心理上的负面情绪,因而满足大学生患者在爱和归属、尊重等方面的需求十分重要。输液时,护理人员要用积极热情的服务、主动尊重的态度、关心理解的立场和宽容诚恳的心态加强输液前、中、后期的心理护理,让学生在专业护理和心理护理的共同作用下加快身体复原。

With the restructuring of university hospitals to community health service centers, it is especially essential to improve the mental health and psychological counseling activities for university students. In the outpatient infusion room, in addition to the physiological and safety needs, students need to be satisfied the demands of love and belongings because of the negative psychological feelings. As a result, the nurses should use the enthusiasm service, proactive and respect attitude, caring and sincere understanding posi- tion, and mentality of tolerance to strengthen the psychological care before, during and after infusion. So that, college students will accelerate the physical rehabilitation under the combined effect of professional nursing and psychological care.
