摘要 介绍了上海首座110kV装配式变电站(110kV园海变电站)在土建和电气安装中采用"装配式"工艺,改变了传统变电站的施工模式,将智能变电站按工厂生产预制、现场装配两个阶段建设。在建筑施工上,采用预制钢结构的建筑模式;在电气安装上,运用一次、二次设备的模块化设计、一体化安装和设备间控制电缆的预制技术。通过模块化预制、现场装配新工艺,在不增加投资成本的前提下,相较传统变电站建设工期,缩短了近一半,有效提升了电网建设投资效益,体现了节约、环保和工业化要求,具有应用和推广价值。 This article introduces the first assembling substation in Shanghai--the 110 kV Yuanhai substation. The constructing process of this substation is different from traditional ones', which applies assembling technology in both building construction and electrical installation. The intelligent substation project divides ino two parts: the part of producing in factories and the part of assembling in sites. During the process of building construction, steel structures are prefabricated in factory and assembled in site. In the process of are designed in module and prefabricated control cables are electrical installation, the first and secondary equipments integrated installed. Through the new technology of prefabricated module and local assembling, the efficiency of substation construction can be improved. The constructing time can shorten into half of the traditional ones' while the investment doesn't become more. The new technology used meet the requests of economy, environmental and industrialization,having the value of application and popularization.
