摘要
从脱硫装置设计存在缺陷、烟气换热器(GGH)换热元件板形问题、原烟气含尘浓度高、入炉煤含硫量高、除雾器除雾效果差、吸收塔浆液泡沫多、吹灰器的吹灰效果不佳等问题入手,分析了湿法脱硫装置GGH经常堵塞的主要原因。通过调研和分析,提出了GGH综合改造措施,并对运行及节能效果进行了分析。
The main reasons of GGH blockage in wet FGD system is analyzed in this paper, including the design defect of wet FGD system, flatness problem of heat exchange element in GGH, high sulfur content of coal-fired, poor effect of defogger, multiple-foam slurry bubble in absorption tower, and poor soot blowing performance. Through the investigation and demonstration, the comprehensive improvement measures for GGH are put forward, and the operation and energy saving effect are analyzed.
