变电站既有建筑物的安全耐久性问题分析

摘要 变电站作为电网安全运行的重要节点之一,如何提高变电站既有建筑物抵御自然灾害的能力,解决变电站多年运行后的砖混结构墙体因温差和地基不均匀沉降而开裂、混凝土结构在钢筋腐蚀下的锈胀开裂等问题,是目前需要引起关注和解决的问题。叙述了目前变电站既有建筑物的耐久性问题,分析和梳理了近年来国内外结构加固修复技术的最新成果,提出了新建工程中预防出现耐久性问题的若干建议,要求电网运行单位加强巡查变电站钢结构的锈蚀情况,避免钢筋锈胀开裂,确保变电站安全运行。 Substation is one of the important links of safe operation of power grid. How to improve the capacity of substation buildings to resist natural disasters, solve the problems that crack in the brick wall because of uneven settlement difference of foundation and concrete structure crack because of the steel corrosion after several years of substation operation, these problems are necessary to attract attention and solve. The durability of the substation buildings is introduced, and then the latest achievements of structure reinforcement and repair technology in recent years at home and abroad are analyzed. Some suggestions to prevent the emergence of the durability problem in new projects are put forward. To avoid steel corrosion cracking and ensure substation safe operation, it is required power grid operation units to strengthen patrol of corrosion of substation steel structure.
