奶香型调味剂与DDGS协同效应的研究

Synergistic Effect of Milk Flavor and DDGS

试验采用单因子设计分为两个处理组。处理组1为全价粉料中添加312香味剂500g.t-1,处理组2为全价粉料中用DDGS替换10%的玉米并添加312香味剂500g.t-1。并对各处理组在第1、7、16、30天分别进行评价香味,考察香气强度和愉悦度。试验结果表明,饲料中添加适量的DDGS可以增强奶香的香气强度和愉悦度,并在饲料加香后的7d内差异显著(P<0.05)。

This experiment adopts the single factor design, have two treatment groups. Complete diet is expected to add 312 flavor 500 g·t-1 for treatment groupl and DDGS replace 10% of the corn in the complete diet and add 312 flavor 500 g·t-1 for treatment group 2. Each treatment group was evaluated the aroma strength and aroma va- lence in l, 7,16, 30 day. The results show that DDGS was added to the feed can increase milk incense fragrance intensity and pleasure, significant difference in 7 days（P〈0.05）.
