摘要
本文将磷化废液先与酸洗废液混合,生成磷酸亚铁Fe_3(PO_4)_2沉淀,将沉淀分离后余下的废液再与漂洗废水合并后,用石灰乳处理排放。分离出来的磷酸亚铁沉淀加入烧碱后,生成磷酸三钠和氢氧化亚铁,加热通入空气氧化后,即为氧化铁缸,均为工业上有用的化工原料,从而既治理了废液又获得了较好的经济效果。
The spent phosphating solution is first mixed with pickling waste solution to form ferrous phosphate Fe_3(PO_4)_2 precipitate. After seperation, the liquid is combine with rinse waste water. and treated with some lime milk before discharge. The solid precipitate ferrous phosphate is reacted with caustic soda to form tri-sodium phosphate and ferrous hydroxide. which will become iron red (Fe_2O_3) after being heated and oxidized by air blow. Since they are all useful chemicals, not noly the effluent is well treated, but a better economic benefit is also obtained.
