动态心电图与常规心电图在临床诊断中的价值以及临床应用

目的比较动态心电图与常规心电图在临床诊断中的价值以及临床应用。方法对2009年1月-2011年1月湖南省凤凰县人民医院收治的220例来院做心电图的患者进行研究。所有患者先后采用动态心电图与常规心电图进行心电检查,并对结果加以记录。结果实验组对期前收缩、阵发性室上速、缺血性ST-T异常等6项的检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组诊断的阳性率(63.6%)明显高于对照组(50.0%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态心电图对于患者心电异常的检出率高,诊断的阳性率较高。

Objective To study the clinical diagnosis and clinical applications of the dynamic electrocardiogram and the conventional electrocardiogram value. Methods 220 patients from January 2009 to January 2011 in our hospital were studied. All patients were examined with dynamic electrocardiogram and regular electroencephalogram, and the results were recorded. Results The detection rate of abnormal premature beats, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, ischemic ST-T abnormalities six of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈0.05）; positive rate of diagnosis of the experimental group （63.6%） was significantly higher than the control group （50.0%）, the two groups had a significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Dynamic ECG patients had high abnormalities detection rate, highe positive rate of diagnosis.
