两种中药方剂联合甲氨喋呤治疗异位妊娠的作用探讨

目的观察两种中药方剂联合甲氨喋呤(MTX)治疗异位妊娠的作用。方法未破裂异位妊娠,根据不同中药方剂分为A、B组:A组30例,采用治疗宫外孕中药方剂Ⅰ号联合MTX50mg单剂量注射;B组30例,采用治疗宫外孕中药方剂Ⅱ号联合MTX50mg单剂量注射。结果 A、B组成功率分别为90.%、83.33%。2组比较无差异。但A组疗程成功率明显高于B组,且血β-HCG下降时间(d)A组:(19±5);B组(26±5)。血β-HCG恢复正常时间明显缩短,(P<0.05)。B组妊娠包块吸收时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫外孕中药方剂Ⅰ号联合MTX单次用药较宫外孕中药方剂Ⅱ号联合MTX单次用药β-HCG下降速度快,但后者妊娠包块吸收快。较MTX单次用药,剂量较小,相对不良反应轻。

Objective To observe the effect of two kinds of Chinese herbal medicine combined with methotrexate （ MTX ） in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods According to the different prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,60 cases with tmruptured ectopic pregnancy, were divided into two groups： group A 30 cases, were treated with traditional Chinese medical herbs （ referred to as ectopic pregnanc y） and MTX 50 mg single dose intramuscular injection; 30 cases in group B, treated ectopic pregnancy prescription （ referred to as EPII ） combined with MTX 50 mg single dose intramuscular injection. Results Success rates of group A, B were respectively 90.00%, 83.33%. There had no significant difference between two groups （ P〉0.05 ）. But one course of treatment success rate of group A was higher than that in group B, And the blood 13 -HCG fall time （d） of A group： （19 ± 5）; （26±5） in group B. The blood 13 -HCG recovery time shortened obviously, （P〈0.05）. there were significant differences. Gestation mass absorption time obviously shortened in group B, there were significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion 13 -HCG decrease faster using ectopic pregnancy I combined with MTX single drug than EPII combined with MTX single dose of, but the latter pregnancy bag piece fast absorption. MTX is only a single dose, low dose, relatively mild side effects.
