我国老年中期照护模式的发展前景及展望 被引量：8

摘要 银发浪潮冲击全球,我国的人口老龄化现象日趋严重,为现行的医疗护理带来了新的问题和压力,其中老年患者的健康照护模式对医疗服务提出了巨大的挑战.目前大型三甲医院存在床位周转较慢的问题,平均住院日较长,急性期后患者不及时出院导致床位紧张,而基层医院及社区医院往往病种较单一、病源不多,导致国家医疗卫生资源未能充分利用,造成局部资源的浪费.为合理整合利用国家卫生资源,提高老年患者护理质量,积极探索一种介于疾病急性期照护与长期照护之间的新模式——中期照护模式非常必要.
