对杭州市某三级甲等医院高年资护士评判性思维能力的调查

Survey on the critical thinking disposition of senior nurses from grade 3 and first-class hospital of Hanzhou city

目的 研究高年资护士评判性思维倾向及7个批判性思维特质的总体特点,为后续的管理培训提供参考依据.方法 采用整群抽样法选取杭州市某三甲医院的高年资护士,采用一般资料调查表和评判性思维能力测量表中文版对护士的评判性思维能力进行问卷调查.结果 共发放调查问卷116份,回收有效问卷105份,有效回收率为90.5％.105名高年资护士的评判性思维能力总分为（287.56±23.42）分.7个评判性思维特质除寻找真相和自信心的得分低于40分外,其他5个特质的得分从高到低排序依次为：分析能力、求知欲、开放思想、认知成熟度和系统化能力;护士长评判性思维能力中自信心维度得分（40.43±5.42）高于其他高年资护士的（38.17±5.05）分,差异有统计学意义（t=-1.988,P＜0.05）;内科、外科、急诊、ICU及其他科室高年资护士的自信心、系统化能力、求知欲方面得分比较,差异有统计学意义（F值分别为2.672,4.029,3.547;P＜0.05）;不同职务、学历者的高年资护士的系统化能力得分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 高年资护士总体有正性批判性思维倾向,但与管理者期望值尚有一定差距,自信心和系统化能力有待进一步加强.

Objective To study the critical thinking disposition of senior nurses so as to provide theoretic basis for managing education.Methods By cluster sampling,senior nurses from grade 3 and firstclass hospital of Hanzhou city were investigated with the basic information scale and the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory Chinese version （CTDI-CV）.The data were processed by SPSS software package （version 17.0）.Results One hundred and sixteen questionnaires were distributed and 105 were retrieved with a effective response rate of 90.5％.The total CCTDI score of 105 nurses was （287.56 ±23.42）.The mean scores of five subscales were more than 40 except the subscale of searching truth and self-confidence,and they were analyticity,thirst for knowledge,open-mindedness,maturity and systematicity,ranking at descending order of scores.The score of self-confidence of nurses head was significantly higher than that of others senior nurses [（40.43 ±5.42） vs （38.17 ±5.05） ; t =-1.988,P=0.05）].The scores of self-confidence,systematicity,and thirst for knowledge were significantly different in nurses from different departments such as medicine,surgical department,emergency treatment,ICU and so on （F =2.672,4.029,3.547 ; P ＜ 0.05）.No significant difference was found in systematicity score among nurses with different positions and education degree （P ＞ 0.05）.Condusions Nurses do not have a solid strength in the critical thinking disposition,although they have positive critical thinking disposition.Self-confidence and systematicity need be improved.
