摘要
本文根据酸性介质中Fe^(2+)和Fe^(3+)离子在铂电极上电化学氧化和还原的特性,提出同时测定镀液中Fe^(2+)和Fe^(3+)离子浓度的快速方法。实验结果表明,本方法可适用于测定镀液中Fe^(2+)和Fe^(3+)离子的浓度,若Fe^(2+)离子浓度为0.2—24g/L和Fe^(3+)离子浓度为0.04—0.14g/L时,测定结果偏差小于3%。
The rapid method for simultaneous determination of Fe^(2+) and Fe^(3+) ions content is introduced, which is based on the electrochemical oxidation and reduction properties of Fe^(2+) and Fe^(3+) ions on platinium electrode in acidic medium. Tests show that this method can be used to determine the content of Fe^(2+) and Fe^(2+) in plating bath. When Fe^(2+) ion concentration is in the range of 0.2-24g/L and Fe^(3+) 0.04-0.14g/L, the determination deviation will be below 3%.
