Treatment of damaged air preheater of 300 MW boiler after fuel secondary combustion

沙角发电总厂A厂 5号炉A空气预热器 (以下简称“空预器”)在停炉期间发生二次燃烧 ,造成该空预器严重损坏。从修复后空预器的运行情况看 ,修复工作相当成功 ,大大减少了事故所造成的经济损失及发电量损失。在此对这次修复工作中几个关键性问题的处理方法作了简明扼要的介绍 ,对日后处理同类型事故有一定的帮助。

Air preheater A of Unit 5 boiler in Shajiao ‘A’ Power Plant experienced a secondary combustion during Standby. As a result, the air preheater was damaged seriously. Operation of the air preheater after repair indicates that the repair was very successful, with economic loss and generation loss reduced enormously. This paper gives a brief introduction to the treatments on the several key problems during the repair, in the hope that it may facilitate the treatment of similar accidents in the future.
