华能汕头发电厂1号机组振动故障的分析及处理 被引量:2

摘要 华能汕头发电厂 1号蒸汽轮机组在大修后启动及运行过程中发生了大轴振动大的故障。通过剖析机组的结构 ,分析引起振动的各种影响因素 ,得出 :低压缸排汽温度高是引起启动过程振动大的直接原因 ,冷凝器循环水入口压力大是引起运行过程振动大的原因。提出的故障处理方法是 :以稍开低压旁路及给低压旁路喷水 ,并启动第 2台主抽汽器来解决启动过程出现的振动故障 ;采取调节冷凝器海水回水阀 ,使入口两侧压力小于或等于 0 10MPa来解决运行过程的振动故障。 The overhauled Steam Turbo unit 1 of Huaneng Shantou Power Plant incurred superstandard vibration during start up and operational periods. With the analysis of the unit structure and various influencing factors which may cause the vibration, it draws a conclusion that the high exhaust steam temperature of LP cylinder is the immediate cause of the vibration in start up period, while the great circulating water inlet pressure of the condenser is the reason for the vibration during operation. The author suggests that the former vibration be eliminated by slightly opening the LP by pass, spraying on it and starting the second main vapor extractor; the latter vibration be removed by adjusting the seawater return valve of the condenser to make pressure on both sides of the inlet equal to or less than 0 10 MPa.
