恒运C电厂发电机变压器组 (以下简称“发变组”)保护在原理设计和逻辑回路上均存在缺陷 ,与外部的接口也存在问题 ,使运行操作不便 ,也容易造成保护误动作。为此 ,对这些缺陷和问题作了详细的分析 ,并在调试过程中采取了相应的改进措施。

The generator transformer unit protection in Hengyun C Power Plant is defective in fundamental design, logical circuit and external interface, which would inconvenience the actual operation and cause maloperation of the protection. Based on detailed analysis of these problems, corresponding measures for improvement are taken in commissioning.
