旅游景区顾客满意度对顾客忠诚度的影响

摘要 在旅游业竞争日趋激烈的今天,如何提高旅游目的地在游客心目中的形象和游客重游率已经成为旅游目的地可持续发展的关键所在。因此,对旅游景区游客的满意度及其忠诚度的分析研究势在必行,只有充分了解游客需求,才能不断促进旅游市场的多元化发展。
