烧结机头烟气袋式除尘方案的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 钢铁企业中烧结机头除尘是国内外公认的除尘难题,因烟气具有温度高、湿度大、工作负压大,二氧化硫含量高等特点,国内外一般采用电除尘。烟尘中含碱金属多,粉尘比电阻很高,所以设备投资较大。烟气湿度大、烟尘吸湿力强是袋式除尘的"禁区",文章介绍了法国某烧结工程做过的袋式除尘方案及该方案的设计思路。 Precipitation of sintering machine head in iron and steel enterprises is a difficult topic of precipitation abroad and at home. Since the flue gas is provided with high temperature, great humidity, heavy working pressure and high content of SO2, so electrical precipitation is adopted commonly abroad and at home. On the basis of more alkali metals and high resis- tance of dust ratio in flue dust, more equipment investments are required. The great humidity of flue gas and strong moisture absorption of flue dust show the "forbidden zone" of the bag hose precipitation. The paper presents the bag hose precipitation scheme and the design thoughts made out by a certain France sintering project.
