长袋低压脉冲袋式除尘器是国内技术最成熟、应用最广泛的大型袋式除尘器。文章分析研究了袋式除尘器失效的表现、原因及影响。通过数值模拟分析,结合工程经验,提出了总体优化的关键点;推荐了优化后的新型旁路系统;为工程项目的设计和运行提供了借鉴。

The bag-hose precipitator with long bag, low pressure and pulse is a big-sized bag-hose precipitator which is the best technique and used widely in the country. The paper analyzes the disabled behavior, cause and influence of the bag- hose precipitator. By numerical value and simulating analysis and in combination with the engineering experiences, the paper puts forward the key point of total optimization; recommends the new bypass system after optimization; provides the use for reference in engineering project design and operation.
