基于多元共治视角下的高校多校区危机管理模式探讨

Discussion on the Model of Multi-campused University Crisis Management based on the Perspective of Synergic Governance of Multiplicity

伴随高等教育体制改革和高校自身规模发展的需要,大多高等院校形成了多校区的办学模式。与单一校区相比,高校危机管理难度增大。因此,通过调查分析多校区背景下高校危机管理能力的现状,参照公共危机管理专家的管理能力影响力评分,构建一套基于政府—高校—社会多元共治理念下的多校区高校危机管理模式,对多校区背景下的高校危机管理具有重要的现实意义。

With the reform of higher education system and the needs of the scale development, most colleges and Universities formed a multi-campused running mode. Compared with single campus uni-versity, the difficulties in crisis management increased. Hence, it has a great significance in investiga-ting the crisis management ability of colleges and Universities, consulting the ability influence scored by expertise and to build a model of multi-campused university crisis management based on the per-soective of synergic governance of multiplicity.
