中医院校教学督导工作存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Teaching Supervision Work in Colleges of Traditional Chinese Medicine

高校教学督导工作是联系教育行政部门和教师、学生之间的纽带,也是完善学校内部质量保障体系,提高教育教学质量的有力措施。本文结合陕西中医学院教学督导模式的探索实践,以医学教育特殊性为前提,在对医学院校教学督导工作的现状及存在的问题进行反思的基础上,探讨医学院校教学督导工作的合理模式和创新举措。

Work of teaching supervision is not only a link between the administrative department ot ect-ucation and the teachers, as well as the students, but also an effective measures to improve the inter-nal quality guarantee system and the quality of the education. Based on the practical exploration on teaching supervision pattern of shaanxi college of traditional chinese medicine and profound considera-tion of the current situation and existing problems of the supervision work in medical colleges, it is discussed that the reasonable mode of medical schools teaching supervision and innovative measures on the premise of the particularity of medical education.
