科研与教学是高等学校培养高素质创新人才的重要途径,两者缺一不可。在教学中充分发挥学科人才和科研优势,以学科科研建设带动和促进教学工作,把学科优势、科研优势转化为教学优势,探索科研课题研究与本科教育相结合的教学模式,提高学生的学习兴趣和创新能力,狠抓课程建设,有效地提高了教学质量。

A method integrating teaching with research is widely used to train undergraduates nowa-days. In our practice, lecturers are encouraged to open their research projects and labs to students, which promotes student to learn more and think deeper on scientific topics. As a return, the experi- ence the students got from research makes them more interested in learning in lectures. This brings out good results in both lecture learning and research trials, thus, makes the qualities of our teaching and research both greatly improved.
