摘要
教学反思是教师专业发展历程中非常重要的自我提高方式,不仅广泛运用于教育教学和科研过程中,而且对于研究生导师而言,在培养研究生过程中不断反思对于提高研究生培养质量和自身提高非常重要。本文主要从不同角度提出研究生培养过程中导师应进行的反思策略。
Teaching reflection is an important way for self-improvement of faculty development. It is not only widely used in the process of teaching and research, unceasing reflection during cultivation of postgraduate also play an important role for improving training quality and self-improvement of post-graduate. This article discusses reflection strategy for advisors during cultivation of postgraduate from different perspectives.
