联合培养留学生已成为加强优秀人才教育的重要途径,本文作者根据其赴美联合培养留学经历,思考了留学生联合培养的现状与挑战,探讨了如何改进赴美联合培养留学生的培养质量。

Joint training program for oversea students is already one of the most important elite educa-tion pathways for our youth talents. The present manuscript proposes introducing the present situa-tion and challenge of joint training program, largely based on joint training experience of the author in USA. Moreover, this paper will also discuss how to improve the quality of joint training program for Chinese students in USA.
