摘要
师资培训是高校教师不断获得新知识的源泉,是促进教师专业发展的主要方式,因此备受世界各国政府和广大高校关注。如何在新时期对高校教师进行培训,是摆在时代面前的问题和挑战。由于各国国情不同,各国高校教师培训的特点和方法不尽相同,通过分析我国和英美高校教师培训的优点和存在的问题,借鉴国外优秀做法,以期为改进我国教师培训制度,为促进教师培训发展提供某些参考之处。
The teacher training is the constantly source of new knowledge of teachers, the main way to professional development, that is focused by the countries all over the world. How to train the teach-ers is an important problem and challenge in the new era. Due to the various national conditions, col-leges and universities use different teacher training method. We analysis the problems of our teacher training, study the foreign methods, and use for reference to our teacher training development.
