摘要
神经外科学时少,专业性强,需要多学科知识作为基础。传统的带教往往难以激发学生的兴趣和主动性。建构主义教学理论支持以学生为中心,由教师指导和辅助,让学习者自身构建所学知识体系,在临床教学中具有一定优势。本文就建构主义教学理论在神经外科学专业教学中的特点、优势及具体实施方法作一探讨,以期为神经外科专业的教学改进提供参考。
The teaching of neurosurgery is characterized by limited teaching hour, detailed knowledge and recommendation of multi-specialty basic knowledge. Traditional teaching model often fails to in-duce the interest and initiative of the students. Constructivism encourages the students to construct the knowledge system by themselves under the guidance of the teacher. It has shown advantage in the teaching of clinical medicine. In this article, we tend to discuss the use of constructivism in teaching of neurosurgery and to provide more references for improving the teaching.
