建立台风灾害应急管理体制的建议——基于珠三角地区的案例研究

The Suggestions of Setting up Typhoon Disaster Emergency Management System:Based on the Case Studies on Pearl River Delta Region

珠三角地区作为整个广东省台风灾害社会经济易损性程度最高的地区,虽然台风登陆的频率不是最高,但一旦受到台风灾害的影响,将带来极大的社会经济损失。因此在珠三角地区建立台风灾害应急管理体制显得尤为重要。本文通过分析目前珠三角地区台风灾害应急管理体制存在的问题,提出相关的建议,希望有助于珠三角地区构建一套完善的台风灾害应急管理体制,减少台风灾害带来的损失。

Pearl River Delta region is high levels of social economic vulnerability areas of typhoon disaster in Guangdong province, although the frequency of typhoon is not the highest, but once it is affected by the typhoon, it will bring great social and economic losses. So it is particularly important to establish the typhoon disaster emergency management system in Pearl River Delta region. Through analyzing the current problems existing in the typhoon disaster emergency management system in Pearl River Delta region, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions, hopes to contribute to build a set of perfect typhoon disaster emergency management system in Pearl River Delta region, in order to reduce losses from typhoon disasters.
