通过探究铜原料采购部门产品的特性,建立质量管理体系,采用标准的先进的管理模式,规范采购过程中的各项管理工作,并使其处于有效运行状态。在体系的建立及运行实践中,规范的管理的确能够带来管理工作的轻松和自如,通过及时地制定纠正和预防措施,可使体系处于持续改进中,确保了铜原料采购过程中各项工作良性发展。
By studying the features of copper material purchasing department production, this paper aims to establish a quality management system with standard advanced mode to normalize the management in purchasing and keep it effectively operated. In the establishment and operaton practice of the system, normative management can make management more free and relaxed, and timely corrective actions can keep the system in continuous improvement, thus ensuring the sound development in copper purchasing.
