摘要
中国房地产经济在取得快速发展的同时,也存在着一些问题与不足,主要表现为房价上涨过快、商品房结构不合理、房地产市场秩序混乱、金融风险不容忽视等方面。为了应对这些问题,促进中国房地产经济持续健康发展,今后在实际工作中需要采取相应的策略,建立房地产产权制度和土地所有权市场、加强政府的调控和管理、完善房地产调控的公众参与机制,并建立房地产行业的自律机制。
With the rapid development of real estate economics in China, there are a number of problems and shortcomings, including house price rises too fast, the structure of commercial housing is irrational, the real estate market is disorder, and the marked is full of financial risk. To solve the problems and promote the healthy development of China's real estate economics, the appropriate strategies should be taken, such as establishing property right system of real estate and land ownership, strengthening the regulation of the market, improving the mechanism of public participation, and establishing self-regulatory mechanisms in the real estate industry.
