Problems in University Informatization Construction and Suggestions

我们国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)明确指出:加快教育信息化进程,预计到2020年基本建成覆盖城乡各级各类学校的教育信息化体系,促进教育内容、教学手段和方法现代化,把教育信息化纳入国家信息化发展整体战略。而高校信息化建设是实现教育信息化的前沿,因此,作为教育信息化的基础、核心和具体体现的学校校园信息化,在建设创新型国家进程中具有十分重要的战略意义,它是教育史上体态教育、语言教育、文字教育、电子教育和信息化教育五次革命中最先进、最深刻的一次教育革命。

National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Project Summary （2010-2020） suggests that educational informationization, as a part of developmental strategy for informatization in China, connected with the modernization of teaching content and methods, aims at a educational information system covering schools of different levels in 2020. CoUege information construction is the frontier of educational informationization. Therefore, campus informationization, as the basis, core, and representation of educational informationization, plays a strategic role in the construction of the innovative country, which is the most advanced one among the five education revolutions including physical education, language education, character education, electronic education, and information education in history of education.
